‘Unlikely friendships shatter on the dance floor’

Body So Fluorescent

What happened last night on the dance floor?

Two friends retrace their steps from the night before to figure out how it all ended in an explosive fight. In their effort to figure out last night’s facts, both friends shift from self to alter-ego are met with stunning revelations. BODY SO FLUORESCENT is an inviting, racy, and outrageous solo-show: asking difficult questions about Blackness, otherness, and oppression.

What happens when one person's self-expression is the source of another's oppression?

Hot off a national tour, BODY SO FLUORESCENT features a stunning performance by award-winning actor Amanda Cordner that is at once powerful, deeply funny, and a punch straight in the gut leaving the audience directly in a messy web of identity, race and sexuality.

Come see what audience members are calling "essential."
